Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Sydney, Australia & all orders are picked, packed & dispatched from the one location

How long will it take to send out my order?
We aim to have all orders out sent as quickly as possible.
However, during peak/sale periods, please allow additional time

Express Shipping orders are posted via the Express Post network & posted within 1-2 business days (within AUS) - this option needs to be selected @ checkout

International deliveries:
For purchases outside of Australia, you may be required to pay duty tax/duties on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. 

In the case that an international parcel is returned due to incorrect address information or failure to pay custom duties/fees, the customer will be responsible for the return postage + any additional postage charges associated with that return. 
Under no circumstance will La Sienna be held responsible for any outstanding duties/taxes on the delivery of your goods. 


Please Note:
- Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, your local postage carrier is then responsible to ensure that your package arrives to your door safely
- All of our parcels are tracked but we do not take responsibility for any items lost/damaged in transit 
- If Safe Drop is applied to your order, we will not be held responsible for any missing packages
