Return Request
To start the return process, please email us within 14 days of receiving your items.
Be sure to include your full name, order number & the item/s you wish to return

Return Instructions
Once we’ve approved your return, we will send you our return shipping address via email.
Please ensure a note is included in your return with your order number & full name
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility
Sending Your Return
Drop off your parcel at the nearest post office.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.
Credit Note
Once we have received your return in its unused & original condition we will issue a credit note for the value of your purchase - strictly no exchanges or refunds
Returns Policy:
- Items must be in original condition with tags & must not have been worn, altered or washed
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery; late returns will not be accepted
- Any purchases made during a promotional/sales period with any discounts applied e.g Black Friday, Boxing Day, EOFY Sale etc. applied cannot be returned
Returns will only be accepted if they meet these conditions & La Sienna reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet the above requirements
