Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Sydney Metro & that is where all orders are dispatched from.
How are orders posted?
La Sienna Couture uses Australia Post for all deliveries. All orders are posted via the Express Post Network.
Fastest way to get my order?
Fast Tracked Express Orders are posted within 1-2 business days. Please note that this option needs to be selected at checkout.
An email will be sent once your order has been posted which will outline all tracking information.
All orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website.
Items returned to sender due to incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charge of AUD $9.95.

Free domestic Express shipping applies for orders $100.00 and over.

How long until I receive my order?
All domestic orders are sent via express post. 
Express shipping within Australia takes 1-2 business days to arrive to you from the date your order has been POSTED..
This is our postage details;
Standard Express within Australia - Flat rate AUD $9.95 (Posted within 5-7 business days from the time your order is placed)
- With this shipping expect your parcel in 7-10 business days
Fast tracked Express within Australia - Flat rate AUD $15.00 (Posted within 1-2 business days)
- With this shipping expect your parcel in 2-4 business days
International orders please allow between 7-14 business days from dispatch (depending on location)
If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to accommodate your needs however please let us know prior to placing your order. 
 All items posted are tracked yet we take no responsibility for items lost in the mail.

La Sienna is happy to exchange your item (less postage costs) in the form of a store credit to use on the La Sienna Website, should there be any issues with sizing or in the event of faulty items.
Store credits will be issued via email once the exchanged items are received by our team.
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt; goods received outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase, La Sienna is happy to provide you with a refund in the form of a store credit. Refunds will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
There will be NO exchanges on sale items.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidentally over spending, however we can cancel your order and provide you with a credit note for later use.

Peace of mind - If your La Sienna items happen to be lost or damaged while they're in Aus Post's care, you won't be out of pocket! Opt to add insurance on your package for $2.95 so that your pretties make it to your bubs wardrobe without a worry! In the case something unfortunate happens to your parcel in transit we will issue you a credit note for the contents minus postage costs.
How it works?
Aus Post has a transit cover which compensates the business if it gets lost/damaged in their care. We will add this option to your shipping if insurance is applied to the order.
