- All orders with pre-order items will be shipped on/around the 20th November 2023. This date is an estimated shipping date, however should there be any changes you will be notified. - Pre-order stock is not "made to order", therefore will only be available while stocks last. - In the case that your order has ready to ship items along with pre-order items, then your order will be held back until the pre-order stock has arrived. - Your ready to ship items will not be shipped separately. We recommend placing two separate orders if you need your ready to ship items prior. - For any changes to your order, please email us urgently as we are unable to make changes once items have sold out or have been processed for shipping. - All orders will be shipped via the Express Post network & tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped.
