Return Policy

At La Sienna We want you to be completely in love with your purchase! However, we know that sometimes online shopping doesn't go to plan..

If for any reason you wish to return any of the items you've purchased, we've made our returns process super easy to follow!

Products purchased online can be returned for change of mind, within 14 days (from date of delivery) by following the below simple steps:

  1. Fill out the Returns Form included in your order (or download & print form here)

  2. Pack the products you wish to return together with your Returns Form into a protected parcel bag (to assist in avoiding any damages incurred during transit)

  3. Post the parcel to the below Returns address:
    La Sienna Couture

    Seven Hills
    NSW 2147

  4. Once we have inspected the items you have posted, we will then issue you a store credit within 48 hours of receiving the parcel 

RETURNS POLICY
- All items must be in original condition with original tags, & must not have been worn, altered or washed
- Items must be returned within 14 days from date of delivery; goods received outside this period will not be accepted
- Any purchases made during a promotional period e.g Black Friday, Boxing Day etc. can not be returned for a store credit
- Any purchases made using a promotional discount can not be returned for a store credit


La Sienna reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet the above requirements


Please Note:
- We do not offer refunds, store credit only

- All postage costs for your return is covered by the customer directly
- La Sienna is not liable for any products lost or damaged in transit
- The original shipping costs for your order will not be refunded
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidentally over spending, however we can cancel your order & provide you with a credit note for later use
- We will accept returns using a rewards voucher, however the value of the rewards voucher will be forfeited & not reissued

We do not offer returns or exchanges on Swimwear, socks, beanies & headbands for hygiene reasons so please select your sizes with care

No exchanges, refunds or store credits on the following items:

  • Personalised Items
  • Custom Decor Items
  • Limited Edition Boxes
  • Goodie Bags
  • Socks/Stockings
  • Beanies/Headbands
